Meet Our Recruiters

Randy joined Management Recruiters of Fort Collins in November 2005. Prior to joining the MR Fort Collins team, Randy spent more than 16 years as a Maintenance and Reliability Consultant primarily in the nuclear power and oil and gas industries. He specialized in the application of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and worked with dozens of diverse companies, managers and professionals; experiences that taught him the value of having impact players on the company team. On our team, he provides technical and administrative support while learning more about the search and recruitment process of such players and the companies that seek them.

Prior to consulting, Randy worked for Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Maintenance Training Instructor developing and implementing technical training programs for mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. He is a veteran, having served six years in the U.S. Navy where he commissioned and served onboard the U.S.S. Dallas as a submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator.
