Randy joined Management Recruiters of Fort Collins in November 2005 after more than 16 years as a Maintenance and Reliability Consultant in the energy and industrial market segments. He specialized in the application of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and worked with many diverse companies, managers and professionals. These experiences taught him the value of having impact players on the team and drive his search and recruitment efforts for such players and the companies that seek them through Management Recruiters of Fort Collins.

Prior to consulting, Randy worked for Pacific Gas and Electric Company developing and implementing technical training programs for maintenance personnel at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. He is a veteran, having served six years in the U.S. Navy where he commissioned and served onboard the U.S.S. Dallas as a submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator.
