I have enjoyed recruiting nationally for manufacturing and engineering professionals since opening up my office here in Northern Colorado in 2004. After nearly twenty-five years in the manufacturing industry I struck out on my own to fulfill a dream and a passion of mine - owning my own business and helping companies succeed through people. I've been blessed with an outstanding client and candidate base and an office team dedicated to a common purpose: helping top companies "get the right people on their bus and in the right seat."

I grew up in Warren, Ohio, in the steel belt of the Midwest where I began my working career as a steel fabricator, welder and junior machinist. After an early career of union positions I moved to California to seek my fortune and get a college education. I completed an AA degree in Quality and BA in Business Administration from California State University while working as a mechanical inspector, inspection supervisor and eventual Quality Manager for Excellon Automation. I completed certifications in Mechanical Inspection, Quality Auditing and Quality Engineering as an active member of the American Society for Quality. Joining Cummins Engine Company I progressed from Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Supervisor to Director of Corporate Quality Systems and Director of Quality Systems for Cummins' Fuel Systems Business. During my tenure with Cummins I moved back to the Midwest and completed my MBA at Indiana University. After 12 years with Cummins I was recruited to Colorado where I spent 4 years with Woodward as their Global Quality Leader before leaving to open Management Recruiters of Fort Collins.

I've been fortunate to lead various business improvement efforts during my career in Quality leadership utilizing ISO 9000, TS 16949, AS 9100, Six Sigma and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria. I have a passion for process and system improvement and the practical application of these methodologies. Deming is king.

My Wife Melanie and I have three daughters, Miranda, Mariah and Maggie. We are active in our local church where I serve on the board and enjoy spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
